If you have one of the older Lucky Duck E-Calls, they are not Mac compatible with downloading the sounds. If you have a E-Caller 2.0 they are Mac compatible.

All of our sound files are delivered once your order is placed. You will have 5 days from the time you place your order to download your sound files and then the link will expire.
